TPH Partners Form Multi-Service Water Business
Houston-based TPH Partners formed EnWater Solutions by combining of its existing water business in the Permian with assets acquired from Abilene, TX-based Pelagic Water Systems. The new company’s services are applicable to high-volume saltwater disposal facilities, and permanent and temporary water pipelines, TPH said.
EnWater is led by Micky Thacker, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience at Tulsa, OK-based Flint Energy Services, where he led operating units and helped oversee Flint’s expansion into new geographies and additional service lines. With the addition of the saltwater disposal and related infrastructure businesses, Jason Long and Michael Reitz joined the EnWater team, bringing with them engineering and operational expertise in these areas.
