California Governor Defends Water Tunnel Plan
1/25/2018
In his State of the State address, California Gov. Jerry Brown defended his plan to transport water across California through large tunnels.
According to Brown, the project will help the state conserve water and protect wildlife.
Earlier this month, Brown’s administration amended the proposed plan to include only one tunnel instead of two, as originally planned.
