Primoris 

Glen Hartwig has joined Primoris Services Corporation (Primoris), as president of its Utilities Segment. A seasoned industry executive with 30 years of experience in utility construction and finance, he has overseen the delivery of major transmission lines, fiber communication installations, and wind and solar projects for the power generation, industrial, and oil and gas industries. 

In this role, Hartwig serves as a collaborative leader focused on safety and execution within the segment and its three lines of business: power delivery, communications, and gas operations. He manages the segment’s strategic direction, encompassing operational excellence, process standardization, safety performance, client relationships, financial responsibility, and employee development.

Most recently, Harwig served as director with MMR Group and previously held leadership positions at MasTec, WesTower Communications, and AECOM. He has overseen major projects by evaluating constructability, leading client relationships, improving cash flow, and establishing standard controls around safety, financial reporting, risk management, and labor relations. He has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Louisiana State University.

Cemen Tech 

Fred Vincent is the new equipment manager at Cemen Tech, the largest manufacturer of volumetric concrete mixers and concrete production equipment, announces. With over 25 years of experience in heavy truck dealer operations, Vincent will drive growth in Cemen Tech’s rental and used equipment divisions. 

In this new role, he oversees rental fleet management, used equipment sales, and business development strategies to further strengthen Cemen Tech’s market position. With a focus on customer relationships and operational excellence, he helps customers maximize profitability through flexible fleet solutions, including rentals, trade-ins, and buyback programs.

Vincent’s career has spanned roles from diesel technician to dealer principal, giving him a broad and comprehensive understanding of the industry. His background includes building cross-functional teams, leading mergers and acquisitions, and holding executive leadership and board positions. His experience has consistently driven business growth and operational success throughout his career.  

Vincent holds a bachelor’s in production and Operations Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University. He is also certified in Communications and Lean Six Sigma process improvement. 

Avanti  

After 25 years working at Avanti International, Frank Aguilar has retired. 

Beginning his Avanti career in June 1999, he joined under the leadership of industry pioneer David Magill. Over the years, he held a variety of roles, including inside sales, regional sales manager, technical product manager, vice president of Customer Service, and, most recently, vice President of Operations.   

Throughout his tenure, Aguilar played a key role as a member of Avanti's Leadership Team, contributing to the achievement of strategic operational objectives and day-to-day business operations. He also provided essential guidance and support, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of product performance and service. 

Avanti International is a leading producer of injection grouts for municipal, industrial, and geotechnical applications used worldwide to stop water leaks stabilize soil and rock, and control groundwater permanently.
