Ohio County Receives Sewer Collection System Funding

The Ohio EPA is providing a $236,500 loan to Morrow County for the design of a centralized sewer collection system for the Iberia area.
With the assistance, the county plans to construct a centralized sewer collection system to replace failing on-site systems along State Route 309. The design will also include a new wastewater treatment facility.
Created in 1989, the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) provides below-market interest rate loans for communities to improve their wastewater treatment systems.
