KÖBERL Group acquires pipeline cleaning and wastewater technology specialists
(UI) — Gimv’s portfolio company KÖBERL Group strengthens its main location in Munich in the field of pipeline cleaning and wastewater technology by acquiring established specialists Rohrreinigungs-Service RRS GmbH and THG Abwassertechnik GmbH.
Managing owner, Andreas Stauber, remains on board and takes a stake in KÖBERL Group. The parties agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
The goal of the KÖBERL Group is the establishment of a leading full-spectrum provider in building technology and building management in Germany. Rohrreinigungs-Service RRS GmbH ("RRS") and THG Abwassertechnik GmbH ("THG") expand the attractive business area of Fink Gebäudetechnik.
The Group will now also become a leading provider in this segment in the greater Munich area. These qualified specialists are known for their customer proximity, technical competence and availability combined with the very latest technical equipment. This combination not only increases KÖBERL Group’s recurring revenue but also represents an ideal strategic addition.
