Warren Environmental launches new tech for next-level SIPP pipe rehabilitation
Warren Environmental has introduced 301-CF, a new epoxy product designed for spray-in-place polymer (SIPP) pipe rehabilitation that incorporates carbon fiber reinforcement. The launch expands the company’s 301 Series, which has been widely used for underground infrastructure rehabilitation projects.
Unlike traditional SIPP applications that often provide only semi-structural reinforcement, 301-CF is engineered to offer structural integrity sufficient to support engineered designs. The company said the addition of carbon fiber pushes the material beyond conventional performance benchmarks, particularly in demanding service environments.
The epoxy system has been formulated to withstand high temperatures, abrasion, and long-term wear. It is certified for use in potable water systems and is rated for water service up to 180°F in non-potable applications. According to Warren Environmental, the product’s flexibility is intended to reduce cracking over time, while its thin build allows for strength without compromising application coverage across different pipe diameters.
Brian Brandstetter, president of Warren Environmental, said the development reflects increasing demand for stronger, more versatile solutions to address aging infrastructure. “By combining the reliability of epoxy with carbon fiber reinforcement, we’re aiming to provide engineers and contractors with a tool that supports more robust designs,” he noted.
To provide additional technical information, Warren Environmental will host a webinar on Sept. 9, offering industry professionals an opportunity to learn more about the product’s performance and potential applications.
