NWPX Infrastructure names new executives to lead water transmission, precast operations
(UI) - NWPX Infrastructure has promoted four leaders into expanded executive and operations roles, a move the company said is aimed at strengthening oversight across its water transmission and precast infrastructure businesses.
Michael Wray was promoted to executive vice president and will oversee both the company’s Water Transmission Systems (WTS) segment and its Precast Infrastructure and Engineered Systems business. Wray previously served as senior vice president and general manager of Precast and has been with the company since 2007. His promotion follows the planned retirement of Executive Vice President Miles Brittain, who will remain involved during a transition period through April.
Eric Stokes was promoted to senior vice president and WTS group president. In addition to his existing responsibility for sales, engineering, quality and production across NWPX’s WTS plants, Stokes will now oversee the company’s Permalok steel casing pipe operations in St. Louis, Missouri, as well as corporate and WTS purchasing.
Jesus Tanguis was promoted to senior vice president and general manager of Precast, assuming responsibility for both the NWPX Geneva and NWPX Park operations in Utah. Tanguis joined the company in early 2024 and previously led the Geneva precast business.
Justin Fraughton was promoted to vice president and general manager of NWPX Geneva, where he will oversee commercial and operational activities across three Utah facilities. Fraughton has been with the company since 1998 and most recently served as multi-site operations manager.
The company said the leadership changes are intended to support continued growth and operational performance across its water and underground infrastructure manufacturing businesses.
