Missouri PSC Sets Deadline for Proposed Water and Sewer System Sale
Lake Region Water & Sewer Co. and Camden County Public Water Supply District Number Four have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking authorization for Camden County to acquire Lake Region’s existing water and sewer assets.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case shall be filed no later than January 20, 2017, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102 or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.

The Office of the Public Counsel is a separate state agency that represents the general public in matters before the Commission.
Lake Region serves approximately 683 water customers and 925 sewer customers in Camden and Miller Counties.
