Avanti names Nikolas Magill president, signals leadership continuity
(UI) — Avanti International has appointed Nikolas D. Magill, MBA, as president, effective immediately, a leadership move that reinforces continuity at the underground infrastructure and trenchless technology supplier.
Magill will oversee Avanti’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives, working closely with the company’s existing leadership team.
“Nikolas leads with purpose and positivity,” said Angela Magill, CEO of Avanti and widow of company founder David Magill. “His values align closely with who we are as an organization, and his leadership will be instrumental as we continue to serve our customers and partners with the level of support they have come to know and trust.”
In his new role, Magill said his focus will be on sustaining Avanti’s momentum while guiding future growth and innovation.
“Words cannot fully capture the immense pride and deep sense of responsibility I feel in stepping into this role,” Magill said. “I am proud of our exceptional team, our mission, and the core values that define who we are and how we operate.”
He added that maintaining trust with customers, partners and stakeholders will remain central to his leadership approach.
“I recognize the significant responsibility that comes with this position, and I am committed to earning and sustaining the trust of all our stakeholders,” Magill said. “My focus will be on building upon our momentum and leading the organization toward continued growth, innovation, and success.”
Avanti, founded more than 45 years ago, supplies equipment and technologies widely used in pipeline rehabilitation, trenchless construction and underground utility work.
