ADS earns TIME recognition for water infrastructure innovation

(UI) Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) has been named to TIME magazine's 2026 list of the World's Most Impactful Companies, recognizing the company's contributions to sustainable water management, stormwater infrastructure and circular manufacturing.

ADS said the recognition reflects its continued investment in water infrastructure innovation, including development of stormwater management technologies designed to improve flood mitigation, water quality and long-term system performance. Central to those efforts is the company's 110,000-square-foot Engineering and Technology Center in Ohio, where products are tested and validated under simulated field conditions.

The company was also recognized for its recycling initiatives. ADS recycles more than 500 million pounds of plastic annually, converting reclaimed materials into drainage products used in stormwater and onsite wastewater applications across North America.

"Customers today want partners who can help them solve complex water challenges in a sustainable way," said Brian King, executive vice president of Marketing, Project Management and Sustainability at ADS. "Our recognition by TIME reflects how ADS delivers on that expectation through innovation, scale and an unwavering focus on long-term performance."

The annual TIME ranking recognizes companies that demonstrate measurable environmental and societal impact through innovation, sustainability and business performance.
