Seaborn Networks Makes Leadership Changes
Seaborn Networks has added Wilson Otero and Kris Alexander to its board of advisors, and Chris Eldredge and Pete Hayes to the board of directors of Seabras Group, LLC.
Seabras is the underlying owner of Seabras-1 between New York—São Paulo and is co-owned by Seaborn and Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager. Seaborn provides all Operations and SG&A for Seabras.
Eldredge currently serves as President, CEO and Director of DuPont Fabros Technology, which was recently sold to Digital Realty. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Data Center Services & Global Solutions of NTT America.
Hayes currently serves as CEO of Middleburg Venture Partners and previously served as Chief Sales Officer at Equinix. Before that, he was Executive Vice President, Commercial Sales & Support at Frontier Communications. He began his career with Microsoft, holding a variety of senior roles including VP, US & EMEA Public Sector.
Otero currently serves as an executive officer (Superintendente) of Desenvolve SP, the São Paulo State Development Agency. He previously served as CEO of Datora Telecom and held numerous executive positions in Brazil at British Telecom, AT&T and Concert, an AT&T-British Telecom joint venture.
Alexander currently serves as Chief Strategist for IoT, Connected Devices & Gaming at Akamai Technologies, where he has worked for more than 13 years. He built and grew numerous business at Akamai, including the Media Delivery, Gaming and IOT businesses. He previously led product marketing at Genuity.
