Crown Fiber wins $100 million in fiber construction contracts across Pacific Northwest
LOS ANGELES (UI) — Crown Fiber Optics, a division of Crown Electrokinetics Corp., has secured more than $100 million in multi-year contracts to expand broadband infrastructure across the western United States.
The new contracts include major projects in New Mexico and Washington, with additional construction under way in Oregon through federally funded rural broadband initiatives. The company said the agreements represent “continued growth” in key regions where demand for high-speed internet is accelerating.
In Albuquerque, N.M., the work is expected to generate about $50 million annually, while a project in greater Seattle, Wash., will contribute roughly $30 million per year over the life of the contract.
Crown Fiber also reported a $6 million-plus contract with an Oregon-based telecommunications provider to complete RUS-funded rural fiber projects in Vale, as well as a new partnership with a Native reservation in Oregon valued at about $3 million in its first phase. Future expansion could bring that total to more than $25 million over the next two to three years.
“These opportunities reflect Crown Fiber’s unwavering commitment to quality, accountability, and reliability in an industry that demands higher standards,” said Corey Boaz, president of Crown Fiber Optics. “Through proprietary technology, disciplined operations, and a relentless focus on safety, performance, and timely project delivery, we consistently create exceptional value for our clients.”
The company’s backlog now exceeds $25 million in ongoing operations and maintenance work for regional providers in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, with additional markets under evaluation.
Crown Fiber specializes in the design and construction of aerial and underground fiber networks, including directional drilling, splicing, permitting, and GIS-based asset management.
