Rehab Spotlight: Trenchless technologies offer new solutions for pipeline rehabilitation
Danby
Danby PVC Lining is a grout‐in‐place PVC liner that is used in structural rehab of pipes 36 inches or larger and any shape: arch, semi‐elliptical or box shapes.
Used in rehabilitation, the lining is 100-percent trenchless using existing access manholes. No proprietary winding machinery is used to install the Danby PVC liner.
It’s also used in precast pipe, manholes and cast‐in‐place structures to prevent corrosion before it can begin. It’s added to the precast form and concrete poured, as specified in the precast pipe manufacturing process. Cast‐in place structures are also constructed and Danby PVC Lining added to the inner form prior to a typical concrete pour.

HammerHead Trenchless
The Bluelight LED CIPP lining system for laterals and small drainpipes is the most advanced light-curing system available.
The innovative technology empowers CIPP lining pros by alleviating the time pressures of other CIPP systems. The specially formulated resin only cures under light in the “blue” wavelength, giving installers a significantly longer working time between liner wet-out and curing.
Once installed, the automated curing system pulls the LED light head through the liner, curing the resin almost instantly – up to five times faster than other methods. Instead of waiting hours for the liner to cure, a 50-foot sewer line could be fully cured in under 12 minutes. With 500 systems in the field and millions of feet installed worldwide, the Bluelight LED lining system is a proven solution for lateral rehab.

Reline America
Choosing a BABA-qualified liner like Alphaliner from Reline America directly contributes to the U.S. economy by supporting domestic manufacturers, suppliers, and workers. For municipalities, using BABA-compliant materials aligns with the broader goal of investing in infrastructure that benefits the local economy while maintaining public trust.
BABA qualification goes beyond meeting regulatory standards. It also brings tangible benefits to your project. Domestically manufactured liners like Alphaliner offer several advantages over imported alternatives, including consistent quality control, faster lead times and localized support. This all adds up to increased ROI for asset owners.
But the biggest advantage of Alphaliner beyond BABA qualification is that everything you need for a successful pipeline rehabilitation project is just ONE call away.
