Patriot Environmental Services Appoints New CEO
Patriot Environmental Services has appointed Brian Johnson as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2017.
Johnson has over two decades of experience in leading strategic growth plans and tactical process improvements for multi-state/multi-unit service companies in a number of operationally intensive industries. Johnson’s career includes prior positions as co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and President of Vac One Services, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Utility Services, and Senior Vice President of Operations for UtiliQuest. In these roles, Johnson has worked hand-in-hand with board members and professionals at some of the leading private equity firms in the United States, including Oaktree Capital’s GFI Energy Group, Tricor Pacific Capital (now known as Parallel 49 Equity), and American Capital.

Tom Scranton, Patriot’s co-founder and current CEO, will remain as Vice-Chairman and serve as a key advisor to Patriot’s board of directors on matters including long-term strategy and key customer relationships.
