Azuria expands rehab services with Atlantic Coast Contractors acquisition
(UI) — Azuria Water Solutions, Inc. has acquired Atlantic Coast Contractors, Inc., a trenchless pipeline rehabilitation company based in Denver, North Carolina, expanding its footprint in the southeastern United States.
Atlantic Coast Contractors will operate as a division of North American Pipeline Management, LLC, an Azuria subsidiary. Founded in 1978 by John Butler, the company provides water and sewer rehabilitation services using trenchless and traditional construction methods.
