Zachry expands into water infrastructure with acquisition of Crescent Constructors

(UI) — Zachry Construction Corporation has reached an agreement to acquire Crescent Constructors, a Plano-based firm specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The deal expands Zachry’s capabilities in one of the fastest-growing segments of the U.S. construction market.

Crescent employs more than 100 professionals and has delivered numerous municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects across North Texas. The firm has built a strong reputation for constructing and designing treatment plants, lift stations, and complex reservoir and conveyance systems.

Crescent will continue operating under its current name as a Zachry affiliate, maintaining its Plano headquarters while leveraging Zachry’s capital resources and national network.
