Primoris names Koti Vadlamudi as President and CEO to lead next phase of infrastructure growth
Primoris Services Corporation has appointed Koti Vadlamudi as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 10, 2025, marking a new chapter for the Dallas-based infrastructure and specialty contracting firm. Vadlamudi will also join the company’s Board of Directors.
He succeeds David King, who has served as interim President and CEO since early 2025 and will continue as Chairman of Primoris’ Board.
Vadlamudi brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and infrastructure development, most recently as Executive Vice President of Operations at Jacobs, where he oversaw large-scale projects across the data center, energy, life sciences, semiconductor, and government sectors. His appointment underscores Primoris’ focus on strengthening operational performance and expanding its footprint across North America’s growing utility and energy markets.
Primoris’ leadership transition comes amid continued investment in critical infrastructure services, including energy delivery, pipeline construction, and underground utilities. The company said the appointment aligns with its long-term strategy to enhance growth, improve project delivery, and drive value for customers and shareholders.
King said he is confident the leadership change will reinforce Primoris’ strategic direction, noting Vadlamudi’s “proven ability to guide complex organizations and deliver results in evolving infrastructure markets.”
