Yanmar launches TL75VS loader with advanced features for height work
(UI) — Yanmar Compact Equipment has launched the TL75VS, a new addition to its line of compact track loaders, designed to enhance productivity in construction, utility, and rental applications. With a vertical-lift design, the TL75VS excels in at-height work and truck loading, offering high lift height and robust operating capacity.
“We’re thrilled to bring another do-it-all piece of equipment to the market,” said Peter Ovrebo, product management director — North America, Yanmar Compact Equipment North America. “The TL75VS provides operators with top-tier performance wherever it’s needed, and the reliability we’re known for ensures the machine is running on all cylinders until the job is done.”
Weighing 9,205 pounds, the TL75VS is powered by a 74-horsepower Yanmar Tier 4 Final diesel engine and has a rated operating capacity of 2,555 pounds. Its 10-foot, 6.5-inch bucket pin height improves loading efficiency, while a top travel speed of 7.5 mph boosts jobsite mobility.
The loader features a torsion axle suspended undercarriage with a pivot link system at the rear axle, enhancing ride quality and material retention. High-flow options, including 26-gpm capability, reduce power loss and optimize flow directly to attachments.
Designed for comfort, the TL75VS includes a mechanical suspended seat and a 7-inch touchscreen display. Enhanced 360-degree visibility and a removable roof hatch further improve safety and jobsite awareness.
The TL75VS integrates self-leveling technology and dual-direction capabilities, maintaining a level load during lifting and lowering. Features like return-to-position and work tool positioning offer precise control for various tasks. The auto two-speed function ensures smooth transitions between low and high speeds, providing better control in tight spaces.
Optional SmartAssist Remote telematics provide real-time updates, operational status reports, and enhanced security with theft protection.
Yanmar backs the TL75VS with a 2-year/2,000-hour warranty, reflecting its commitment to quality. The loader’s steel-embedded rubber-tracked undercarriage and heavy-duty tracks improve ride quality and traction in challenging conditions, including snow and mud.
Ease of service is ensured with accessible daily checkpoints, removable skid plates, and swing-out radiator panels for convenient cleaning.
