Centuri lands $360 million in utility infrastructure awards
(UI) — Centuri has secured more than $360 million in new utility and energy infrastructure awards, including a $125 million data center project and ongoing natural gas system modernization work.
The newly announced awards include a combination of new projects, expanded master service agreements and contract renewals with utility customers across North America. According to the company, approximately 43% of the awards represent new or expanded customer relationships, while the remainder involve extensions of existing agreements.
Among the largest awards is expanded work at a multi-building data center campus, where Centuri is performing power infrastructure installation and related development work. The company also renewed a multi-year agreement with a longtime utility customer to support natural gas system upgrades, replacement projects, material procurement and emergency response services.
Centuri President and CEO Christian Brown said the awards reflect continued investment in utility modernization and infrastructure reliability.
“These awards strengthen our position in key markets, including data centers, while extending existing customer relationships and supporting our long-term growth strategy,” Brown said.
The company said the latest awards bring its total announced commercial bookings for 2026 to more than $2 billion. Centuri provides utility and energy infrastructure construction and maintenance services for electric, gas and other utility networks across the United States and Canada.
