Greeley and Hansen Names New Co-Managing Director of Northeast Operating Group
Greeley and Hansen yesterday announced that Glenn R. DiGiovanni, P.E., CCM, has joined the firm as Co-Managing Director of the Northeast Operating Group. DiGiovanni has over 30 years of client and program management experience with the planning, design, and construction of wastewater, water, and solid waste facilities, in both the public and private sectors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President at Techno Consult, where he was responsible for the firm’s water, wastewater, and environmental construction management practice. Prior to that, DiGiovanni was Vice President for the New York CityMetro operations of URS.
In this new role at Greeley and Hansen, DiGiovanni will be involved in directing the firm’s business operations in the northeast region with a strategic focus on achieving sustained future growth.

DiGiovanni is a registered professional engineer in New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Actively involved in numerous water industry organizations, he is a member of the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation, Construction Management Association of America, Municipal Engineers of the City of New York, and the New Jersey Association of Environmental Authorities. DiGiovanni holds an MBA from New York University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
