The system includes approximately 750 service connections over an area of 1,191 acres in Hays and Travis counties on the rapidly growing western fringe of the Austin metropolitan area and is located about 40 miles north of SJWTX, Inc.’s existing water system in Comal County. The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions, including the approval by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
