Feeney Brothers Utility Services Acquires DDS Companies
Feeney Brothers Utility Services, a leading service provider to the U.S. Northeastern gas, electric, water, and telecommunications industries, has closed on a strategic merger with DDS Companies. DDS provides utility, civil, engineering and telecommunications services in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.
The merger enables both companies to immediately expand and improve their service offerings seamlessly over the following seven states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and Ohio. The combined organization, with over 1,000 employees, will continue to provide highly acclaimed programs for operational safety and training.
