Feeney Brothers Utility Services Acquires DDS Companies

Feeney Brothers Utility Services, a leading service provider to the U.S. Northeastern gas, electric, water, and telecommunications industries, has closed on a strategic merger with DDS Companies. DDS provides utility, civil, engineering and telecommunications services in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.

The merger ‎enables both companies to immediately expand and improve their service offerings seamlessly over the following seven states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and Ohio. The combined organization, with over 1,000 employees, will continue to provide highly acclaimed programs for operational safety and training.
