Kiely Family of Companies Acquires Barton Construction Corp.
In an effort to enhance its water resources division, the Kiely Family of Companies, which contracts with utilities, municipalities and private contractors and offers all facets of water resources work including transmission, distribution, treatment, storage, and design-build services, today announced the acquisition of Barton Construction Corporation. Bringing more than 40 years of knowledge and experience to the water resources industry, Barton Construction Corp, a family owned business, performs a variety of service offerings such as fire hydrant repairs and replacements, valve insertions, line stops, treatment plant construction, and mechanical piping.

The acquisition was completed on Feb. 9, 2018.
