Rennie to Chair EPCOR's Board
Janice G. Rennie, FCA, F.ICD, has been appointed Board Chair of EPCOR Utilities Inc,, effective May 2, 2018. She succeeds Hugh J. Bolton, who is retiring after nearly two decades of leading the company through a significant period of growth.
Rennie initially served as a member of the EPCOR Board from 1996 to 2004. Her second tenure with the board began in May 2017.
She also currently serves on the Boards of Greystone Capital Management Inc., Major Drilling International Inc., Methanex Corporation, West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., and WestJet Airlines. Her business background includes executive positions in large organizations and overseeing her own investment firm.
Rennie earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Alberta.
