National Trench Safety acquires Vellano Shoring and Supply
(UC) — National Trench Safety (NTS) has acquired the assets and operations of Vellano Shoring and Supply, a provider of trench safety rentals and sales, the company announced on Monday.
“Vellano Shoring and Supply has an outstanding team of employees and brings long-standing relationships with customers in the highly attractive Buffalo and Albany markets. We are also extremely pleased that Paul Vellano, president and CEO of Vellano Shoring and Supply, will join NTS’s district leadership team,” Phil Mason, president and CEO of NTS, said.
Vellano currently has locations in Buffalo and Albany, New York serving Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania.
“NTS has a long-standing reputation as the leader in the trench safety solutions industry,” Mason added. “The ability to partner with Vellano Shoring and Supply, a company that ranks customer safety, service, and product quality as its highest priorities, is an excellent opportunity to extend our reach and further enhance our leadership position in the trench safety industry.”
