Foley Products acquires Florida underground infrastructure manufacturer Coastal Precast
(UI) – On December 8, 2023, Foley Products Company, LLC completed the acquisition of Coastal Precast of Florida, Inc. Coastal is located in Fort Myers, FL, 15 miles away from Foley’s existing pipe plant. With this acquisition, Foley will be able to offer a full range of pipe and precast products in the Southwest Florida market.
Established in 1981, Foley Products Company, LLC, is a manufacturer of concrete pipe and precast products, with 18 manufacturing locations in high growth markets across the United States. The company offers a range of products including reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts, precast concrete manholes, stormwater management systems and utility vaults, thereby supplying critical products to the underground utility and water management industry.
Coastal Precast operates a facility in Fort Myers, Florida that manufactures and distributes sewer pipe and various precast concrete products, including storm catch basins, headwalls, junction boxes, sanitary lift stations, valve vaults and manholes throughout the state of Florida.
Keith Haas, CEO of Foley, said, “The addition of Coastal to our national network of plants will expand our presence in a high growing Florida market and provide our customers with a broader selection of storm, sanitary, retention, and specialty solutions.”
