Azuria acquires global CIPP supplier RSM Lining Supplies
(UI) - Azuria Water Solutions has acquired RSM Lining Supplies, a global supplier of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining materials, equipment and services, expanding the company's trenchless rehabilitation capabilities and international footprint.
Founded in 2003, RSM supplies CIPP products used in municipal and residential wastewater rehabilitation projects worldwide. The company's product portfolio supports gravity and pressure pipe applications ranging from 50 mm to 2,000 mm in diameter and includes steam-, UV- and LED-cured lining systems.
RSM will continue operating from its headquarters in the United Kingdom, along with locations in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.
The acquisition marks Azuria's first European transaction since the company rebranded from Aegion in 2024. Company officials said the addition of RSM complements Azuria's existing rehabilitation platform, including Insituform's CIPP manufacturing operations in the United Kingdom.
"Combined with Insituform's 50-plus years of manufacturing CIPP liners in the UK, we're excited to further enable RSM's growth," said Azuria President and CEO Rob Tullman.
The deal continues a broader trend of consolidation within the trenchless rehabilitation sector as companies seek to expand manufacturing capabilities, strengthen supply chains and increase access to global wastewater infrastructure markets.
