VisuSewer expands into Mid-Atlantic with MOR Construction acquisition
VisuSewer, a Fort Point Capital portfolio company specializing in wastewater and utility infrastructure services, has acquired Glen Mills, Pa.–based MOR Construction Services. The deal extends VisuSewer’s operations into Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, strengthening its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region.

MOR Construction has provided commercial wastewater and utility services for more than two decades. Company leaders said the partnership will allow MOR to continue serving its customer base while gaining new opportunities for growth under VisuSewer’s ownership.
“Partnering with VisuSewer marks an exciting step forward for our company,” said Virginia Moore, owner of MOR Construction, who noted the combined resources will bring added value to both customers and employees.
Keith Alexander, CEO of VisuSewer, said the move aligns with the company’s strategy of building a broader national network through partnerships with regional service providers. Fort Point Capital, which backs VisuSewer, added that the acquisition is part of a long-term effort to expand the company’s reach in key markets.
With the acquisition, VisuSewer continues to grow its role in the wastewater infrastructure sector by adding established regional expertise to its portfolio.
