Raven Lining Systems, VersaFlex Complete Merger

Raven Lining Systems® and VersaFlex® Inc. today announced the companies have merged, effective Jan. 1, 2018.
As part of the merger, VersaFlex’s Polyurea University will be combined with Raven Lining Systems’ Certified Applicator Program to develop an industry leading training and technical support program. Both VersaFlex and Raven Lining Systems are ISO 9001:2008 certified for operations. VersaFlex brings the additional quality strength of being ISO 9001:2008 certified for design.
“This is truly a strategic merger of brands, leadership, products and service, which will result in a stronger combined company to meet the specialty protective lining and rehabilitation challenges that are ahead,” said VersaFlex President Joe Haydu. “We anticipate completing the integration of Raven’s Broken Arrow facility into VersaFlex’s Kansas City, KS facility by the end of the year.”
