New Utility OX platform connects field, office data for utility contractors
(UI) - Utility OX has launched a centralized software platform designed to improve real-time visibility and coordination across utility construction projects.
The platform connects job data—including crew assignments, tasks, equipment, documents, and locate tickets—into a single system accessible from both the field and office. The goal is to replace fragmented workflows that often rely on paper records, emails, and manual reporting.
Crews can log production data, photos, and labor time in real time, creating a continuous record of job progress. The system is designed to give contractors greater insight into project status and support faster decision-making.
Company officials said the platform is intended to reduce inefficiencies and improve operational performance by integrating field and office workflows into a unified environment.
